Maintenance stop

SK Licenssvets has experience and the capacity for the larger and more extensive maintenance work. In several maintenance projects, we have made expansions, replaced obsolete pipelines, made connections to existing pipelines and repaired work with high demands on quality and safety in the shortest possible time.

We have performed maintenance and connections during downtime at facilities such as pulp, combined heat and power plants and petrochemicals. Everything from stop work that lasts for a few hours to weeks with a staff of up to 60-70 welders and fitters as well as site organization with work management and site manager.

We work closely with several partners and UE for services such as non-destructive testing, heat treatment and surface treatment, which means that we can offer our customers a complete design.

The result is absolutely decisive depending on the preparations and planning that is made before the actual shutdown. Planning and coordination can last for several weeks and sometimes months before a shutdown with several activities can begin. It is of utmost importance that the work is completed on time without making any deviations or compromising on quality or safety. We have the experience, qualifications and resources to cater for our customers in their maintenance projects.
