Supervisor in pipe installations:

As a supervisor with us, you must be the important key person who leads and motivates our teams within our various projects. This means a central role with developing and varying tasks, many times at a high pace! The role involves a geographically varying workplace because travel in the service occurs. Exciting and never one day the other equal!

Tasks

  • The main focus in your role is to lead the team, and have the overall responsibility for the company’s assignments where you plan, operate and follow up finances, results and quality.
  • Personnel management and customer contacts associated with the assignment where you work close to the customer, external suppliers and our own staff.
  • Lead, motivate and develop employees according to the company’s vision and goals. The role includes quality and work environment responsibility.
  • You follow up the projects carefully and are responsible for ensuring that schedules and finances go according to plan.
  • Participates in calculations that form the basis for quotes and upcoming projects.

Background / Personality

You have many years of experience from leading roles in welding and installation of pipe systems or leadership qualities with great competence and previous experience from pipe installations.
You have a great commitment and interest in leading and motivating your employees. As a person, you are results-oriented, like challenges and are good at problem solving.
Distinctive features for you are; structured, service-oriented, flexible and self-propelled. You have a good ability to create good relationships. Good computer skills and a B driving license are a requirement.
